Que hay de nuevo?

Hola gente! Van a pensar que desaparecí, pero no.. Vengo a aclarar algunas cositas..

No volví a subir ninguna receta desde la última (Panna Cotta) porque estoy trabajando en recetas nuevas y sobre todo creativas. Es cierto que quiero subir de todo un poco, pero la

verdad es que me he vuelto exigente conmigo misma para ofrecerles siempre lo mejor.

Aparte de eso, tengo que agregar que me estoy mudando a Francia en los próximos días, para volcarme de lleno a la Gastronomía. Tengo mucha suerte de poder hacerlo, y estoy segura de tanto yo como ustedes (mis lectores) podremos sacar mucho provecho de esa maravillosa experiencia.

Cambiando un poco de tema.. Me han llegado muchos mails solicitando recetas que no son mías! Supongo que me estarán confundiendo con alguien más.. Hay muchas Victorias cocinando. Eso sí, todas mis recetas las encontrarán en el Índice de Recetas.

Bueno, eso es todo por ahora. Espero sugerencias y comentarios como siempre.. ya que me hace muy feliz leerlos!

Hello people! You all probably thought I disappeared, but no.. Im here to clarify a couple of things..

I havent uploaded any recipe since my last one (Panna Cotta) because Im now working on new recipes, specially creative ones. I do feel like uploading a little bit of everything, but the truth is that Ive become more demanding with myself, since I want to always offer you guys the best.

Besides that, I thought you all might like to know that Ill be moving to France soon, to throw myself completely into Gastronomy. I am very lucky to be able to do it, and Im sure you (my reader) and I will greatly benefit from this wonderful experience.

Changing the subject a little, Ive received tons of e-mails asking for recipes that arent actually mine! I guess some of you have confused me for someone else. There are actually quite a few "Victorias" that can cook.

Well, thats it for now. Ill be gladly accepting suggestions and comments, as usual. Feedback is always appreciated.
