Te Chai Bundt Cake
250 gr de mantequilla
150 gr de azúcar
450 gr de harina
3 huevos L
250 ml de te chai
15 gr de levadura
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico
1 cucharada de caramelo liquido
→ glaseado de caramelo y canela
100 gr de azúcar moreno
75 gr de mantequilla sin sal
1/2 cucharadita de canela en polvo
80 ml de nata (crema de leche)
100 gr de azúcar glass
Precalentar el horno a 180 ºC
Tamizar la harina , el polvo de hornear , el bicarbonato . Reservar.
Batir la mantequilla junto al azúcar , hasta que la mezcla esté cremosa y blanquecina.
Añadir los huevos uno a uno . Batir a velocidad media
Incorporar el caramelo
Añadir los ingredientes tamizados en dos veces alternándolo con el te chai hasta que estén totalmente incorporado a velocidad media. El color de la mezcla tiene que ser uniforme
Engrasar el molde con spray desmoldante.
Dar unos golpecitos sobre la mesa para eliminar las burbujas de aire.
Hornear a 180ºC 40/45 minutos o hasta que al pinchar con un palito esté salga totalmente seco.
Dejar enfriar unos minutos dentro del molde antes de desmoldar . Mientras preparamos el glaseado
Para el glaseado → Colocar la mantequilla en un cazo junto al azúcar calentar hasta que estén disueltos . Agregar la nata (crema de leche) hasta que empiece a hervir y adquiera un color dorado . Retirar del fuego y dejar enfriar unos minutos mientras tamizamos el azúcar glass y la canela , incorporar a la mezcla y batir bien . La consistencia dependerá del azúcar que se añada.
Espolvorear azúcar glass y canela antes de verter el glaseado sobre nuestro bundt cake

Te Chai Bundt Cake
Ingredients
250 g butter
150 g sugar
450 gr flour
3 eggs L
250 ml Tea Chai
15 g yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of caramel syrup
→ cinnamon and caramel glaze
100g brown sugar
75g unsalted butter
80 ml cream
100g icing sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 180 ºC
Sift flour, baking powder and set aside.
Beat the oil with sugar until the mixture is creamy and whitish.
Add the eggs one by one. Beat at medium speed
Add the caramel syrup
Add half the sifted ingredients alternating with tea chai until they are fully incorporated at medium speed.
Grease the mold and pour the mixture slowly.
Give tapped on the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake at 180 40/45 minutes or until you try with a stick is completely dry out.
Let cool a few minutes into the mold before unmolding.
Lime Glaze → Place the butter with sugar in a saucepan to heat until dissolved. Add the cream until it begins to boil and is golden.. Remove from heat and let cool a few minutes while we sift the icing sugar and cinnamon, add to the mixture and beat well.
Sprinkle powdered sugar and cinnamon before pouring the glaze over our bundt cake Ready to eat !!
