Los pastelitos de la pantera rosas son un bizcocho de vainilla esponjoso , relleno de crema y cubierto de chocolate de color rosa . Toda una delicia muy calórica , por eso ahora entiendo que mi madre no fuera muy defensora de ellos

Pantera Rosa Bundt Cake
250 gr de mantequilla
300 gr de azúcar
50 gr de azucar moreno
450 gr de harina
4 huevos L
250 ml de buttermilk
15 gr de levadura
1/2 cucharadita de bicarbonato sódico
1 cucharada de vainilla
→ relleno
400 gr de nata (crema de leche) para montar ( + 35% m,g )
50 gr de azúcar glass
2 cucharadas de vainilla
→ glaseado de chocolate rosa
400 gr de chocolate blanco
100 ml de leche entera
colorante rosa
Precalentar el horno a 180 ºC
Tamizar la harina , el polvo de hornear , el bicarbonato y la vainilla . Reservar.
Batir la mantequilla junto al azúcar , hasta que la mezcla esté cremosa y blanquecina.
Añadir los huevos uno a uno . Batir a velocidad media
Incorporar la vainilla
Añadir los ingredientes tamizados en dos veces alternándolo con el buttermilk hasta que estén totalmente incorporados , a velocidad media. El color de la mezcla tiene que ser uniforme
Engrasar el molde con spray desmoldante.
Dar unos golpecitos sobre la mesa para eliminar las burbujas de aire.
Hornear a 180ºC 40/45 minutos o hasta que al pinchar con un palito esté salga totalmente seco.
Dejar enfriar unos minutos dentro del molde antes de desmoldar . Mientras preparamos el glaseado y el relleno
Para el relleno → Montar la nata (crema de leche) en un bol muy limpio , junto al azúcar y la vainilla . Reservar en frio hasta el momento de su utilización . Rellenar una manga pastelera con la crema fria , e ir introduciendo el relleno con cuidado dentro del bizcocho . Yo utilicé una boquilla de relleno
Para el glaseado → Colocar el chocolate y la leche en un cazo , calentar hasta que estén disueltos . Añadir unas gotas de colorante rosa y mezclar bien para que el color sea uniforme . Verter por encima del bizcocho

Pantera Rosa Bundt Cake
Ingredients
250 g butter
300 g sugar
450 gr flour
4 eggs L
250 ml de buttermilk
15 g yeast
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon of vanilla
→ filling
100g brown sugar
50g icing sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
→ pink chocolate glazé
400 gr white chocolate
100 ml of whole milk
pink colorant
Preheat oven to 180 ºC
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and vanilla. Reserve.
Beat the butter with sugar until the mixture is creamy
Add the eggs one by one. Beat at medium speed
Add half the sifted ingredients alternating with buttermilk until they are fully incorporated at medium speed.
Grease the mold and pour the mixture slowly.
Give tapped on the table to remove air bubbles.
Bake at 180 40/45 minutes or until you try with a stick is completely dry out.
Let cool a few minutes into the mold before unmolding.
Filling →Whip the cream in a clean bowl, with the sugar and vanilla. Reserve in the cold until be used. Fill a piping bag with cold cream, and introducing the filling carefully into the cake.
For glaze → Place the chocolate and milk in a saucepan, heat until dissolved. Add a few drops of pink colorant and mix well so that the color is uniform. Pour over the cake
Es un bundt esponjoso que ha tenido mucho éxito en casa . El relleno al mezclarse con el glaseado lo convierten en una delicia que no podrás dejar de comer . Totalmente adictivo
It is a spongy bundt that has been very successful at home. The filler when mixed with glaze it a delight you can not stop eating. totally addictive
