Es una receta fácil no se ensucia mucho, es rápida y queda riquísima.
Ingredientes
1 taza 1/4 de cafe. ( yo preparé 3 cápsulas de nespresso verde, porque necesitaremos cafe para el glaseado)
3/4 taza de cacao en polvo sin azúcar
2 tazas y 1/4 de azúcar (450g)
1 1/4 tsp de sal
2 1/2 tsp de bicarbonato
2 huevos enteros
1 yema
1 taza 1/4 de buttermilk ( como no lo consigo, lo preparo aquí )
1 taza más 2 tbs de aceite de girasol
1 1/2 tsp de extracto de vainilla
350 g de harina normal tamizada
Glaseado
115g de chocolate
115g de mantequilla
2 tazas de azúcar glas (230g)
60 gr de sour cream
40 ml de café ( un espresso) frio
Precalentamos el horno a 180ºC y pondremos la rejilla del horno, en el siguiente estante para abajo, el que nos quedará en el centro es el molde no la rejilla.
Engrasamos un molde de bundt cake, de los grandes. Mantequilla y harina, aquí podemos ver una forma de hacerlo con cacao.
Hacemos el café y lo colocamos en un cazo con el cacao y llevamos al fuego, revolviendo hasta que hierva, retiramos y dejamos templar.
En la batidora, colocamos el azúcar, la sal, el bicarbonato, los huevos, la yema y batimos a baja velocidad por un minuto. Agregamos el buttermilk, el aceite, la vainilla y le damos otro minuto.
Incorporamos ahora la harina tamizada y a velocidad media dos minutos. Luego incorporamos el chocolate con el cafe y batimos por tres minutos.
Es una preparación bastante líquida, la colocamos en el molde y horneamos por una hora, o hasta que a la prueba del palillo esté lista.
La dejamos en el molde por 10 minutos y la desmoldamos en una rejilla.
Para el glaseado, picamos el chocolate, lo colocamos en un bols junto con la mantequilla y lo ponemos en el microondas por espacio de un minuto a mitad de temperatura ( de esta forma no se nos quema) Mezclamos y vemos si nos hace falta darle unos segundos mas. Le agregamos la mitad del azúcar glas, mezclamos, incorporamos la crema agria ( sour cream) y el resto del azúcar. Volvemos a mezclar y por último el café para darle ese acabado brillante.
Cubrimos con el bundt cake, y lo dejamos a temperatura ambiente hasta comerlo .
Acabamos de comer el bundt cake, espectacular, super tierno y con un gusto a cafe muy suave. A los niños les ha encantado.

This month the host of our group is Laura from Baking in Pyjamas and she propose beverage, so I choose coffee, yes with chocolate :)
Is an easy recipe, fast and delicious
Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of coffee
3/4 cup dutch process cocoa powder
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 1/4 tsp salt
2 1/2 tsp baking soda
2 whole eggs plus 1 egg yolk
1 1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup plus 2 tbsp canola oil
1 1/2 tsp vainilla extract
2 1/2 cups plus 2 tbsp all purpose flour, sifted
For the glaze
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
40 ml espresso coffee
Preheat oven to 350ºF and place an oven rack in the center of the oven. Grease and flour a 10 inch bundt pan. You can see here how to do it with chocolate.
Put coffee and cocoa powder in a small saucepan and bring to boil, stirring all time.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, withe the whisk attachment, mix together sugar, salt, baking soda, eggs, yolk on low speed for a minute. Add the buttermilk, oil, vainilla extract and mix for another minute on low again.
Add the flour and mix on medium speed for 2 minutos. then we add the chocolate and mix for another 3 minutes. It is a fairly liquid preparation, pour into the prepared bundt cake an bake por 1 hour, or until the cake tester comes out clean.
Let the cake cool for 10 minutes in the pan and then invert onto a cooling rack
To make the icing, chop the chocolate, put them in a bowl with the butter and go to the microware for 1 minute temperature. Whisk and see if you need more time to do this.
Sift in half of the powdered sugar, add the sour cream and whisk again to combine.Sift in the remaining powdered sugar and whisk until smooth. The glaze is thick and shiny. Lastly add the coffee.
Pour the glaze over the Bundt cake.
