Panacotta

Postre de origen italiano que significa "nata (crema de leche) cocida", de textura parecida a nuestro flan y sorprendentemente fácil de hacer. El resultado es ESPECTACULAR! Os lo aseguro! 

Italian dessert which means "cooked cream". Its texture is similar to the spanish dessert called flan and it is surprisingly easy to elaborate. The result is AWESOME! 




Ingredientes (4-6 vasitos)

500 ml. de nata (crema de leche) para montar

100 gr. de azúcar blanco

4 hojas de gelatina

1 vaina de vainilla (opcional)

Frutos rojos (congelados es una buena opción)

Ingredientes (4-6 serves)

500 ml. cream

100 gr. white sugar

4 gelatin sheets

1 vanilla pod (optional)

Berries (frozen is a good option)








Ponemos las hojas de gelatina en un bol cubriendo con agua fría para hidratarla.
Place gelatin sheet on a bowl and cover with water to hydrate them.

En un cazo ponemos la nata (crema de leche) junto con el azúcar y el interior de la vaina de vainilla (opcional) y lo llevamos a ebullición removiendo a menudo. Cuidado que la nata (crema de leche) enseguida sube y se os puede derramar.
In a pot add cream, sugar and the inside of the vanilla pod (optional). Heat the mix to boiling point while stirring. 
Turn down heat, drain gelatin sheets and add to the mix. Stir gently and let it cool (a little). 
Vertemos la mezcla en los moldes y a la nevera por mínimo 3 horas.

Pour the mix into moulds and let it cool inside the fridge for at least 3 hours.

Servimos acompañado de frutos rojos previamente descongelados y pasados por la sartén con un poco de azúcar. Obtendremos un jugo delicioso.
Serve with some berries previously fried with some sugar. You"ll obtain a delicious juice.
