Rainbow pasta

Hello guys!

For this month"s bloghop our community decided to vote for pasta! After investigating in many supermarkets I have near me I thought it would be nice to prepare something with colorful pasta, so I bought a bag of colorful pasta which is composed of 4 types of pasta: 

- Wheat

- Spinach

- Beet

- Cuttlefish ink

As summer is coming soon, I thought something cool would be the most appropriate. 

Here you have the recipe: (serves 4)


- 300g pasta (macaroni, fusilli, farfalline, penne, rotelle etc.)

- 250g tuna 

- Parma ham (as much as you like)

- Goat cheese (as much as you like)

- 4 tomatoes

- Pine nuts 

For the dressing:

- 10g mustard

- 10g honey

- 10g balsamic vinegar

- Oil

- Salt & pepper

This salad is really easy to prepare, first of all, cook pasta al dente. 

Once cooked and cooled, mix all ingredients together except cheese (pasta, tuna, parma ham, tomatoes sliced into dices & pine nuts)

Now prepare the vinaigrette, mix honey and mustard well and then, in a mixer mix mustard, honey, balsamic vinegar, oil salt & pepper just as to make a mayonaise. 

Finally, mix the dressing with the pasta salad and decorate with some slices of goat cheese.

Este mes de mayo, nuestra comunidad del Bloghop, eligió pasta como ingrediente principal! Después de haber investigado en varios supermercados decidí usar la pasta del Mercadona "Gigli" compuesta de 4 tipos de pasta:

- Trigo duro

- Espinacas

- Remolacha

- Tinta de sepia

Como el verano esta muy cerca decidí hacer una ensalada

Aquí os dejo la receta: (4 personas)


- 300g de pasta (macarones, fusilli, farfales, pennes, rotelle etc.)

- 250g de atún 

- Jamón serrano (al gusto)

- Queso de cabra (al gusto)

- 4 tomates

- Piñones 

Para la vinagreta

- 10g de mostaza

- 10g de miel

- 10g de vinagre bálsamico  

- Aceite

- Sal & pimienta

Es muy fácil elaborar esta ensalada, primero, cocer la pasta al dente. 

Una vez cocida y enfriada, mezclar todos los ingredientes excepto el queso.

Ahora toca preparar la vinagreta, mezclar la miel y la mostaza y luego en una batidora batir la miel, mostaza, vinagre, aceite, sal & pimienta para obtener una especie de mayonesa.  

Mezclar la vinagreta con la ensalada de pasta y decorar con algunas rodajas de queso de cabra.

Bonjour à tous!

Ce mois-ci, notre communauté du Bloghop a choisi les pâtes comme ingrédient principal. 

Après avoir fais plusieurs recherches dans les supermarchés du coin, j"ai acheté un paquet de pâtes avec 4 types de pâtes:

- Blé

- D"épinards

- Betterave 

- Encre de seiche

Et comme l"été approche rien de mieux qu"une petite salade!

Voilà la recette: (4 personnes)


- 300g de pâtes (macarones, fusilli, farfales, pennes, rotelle etc.)

- 250g de thon 

- Jambon de parme (Selon votre goût)

- Queso de cabra (Selon votre goût)

- 4 tomates

- Pignons de pin 

Pour la vinaigrette

- 10g de moutard

- 10g de miel

- 10g de vinaigre balsamique  

- D"huile d"olive

- Sel & poivre

C"est une salade très facile à réaliser, premièrement, faites cuire les pâtes al dente. 

Une fois les pâtes cuites et refroidies mélanger tous les ingrédients sauf le fromage. 

Maintenant préparons la vinaigrette, mélanger le miel et la moutarde, ensuite dans un mixeur, mixer le miel, la moutarde, le vinaigre, l"huile, le sel & le poivre pour obtenir une sorte de mayo. 

Mélanger la vinaigrette et la salade de pâtes et décorer avec quelques tranches de fromage de chèvre.
