A veces estoy tan ocupada con mi trabajo que no tengo ni tiempo de ir al supermercado y menos de hacer una lista de los platillos para la semana; afortunadamente encontré los servicios de HomeChef que me saca de apuros haciéndome la vida mas fácil; básicamente es un servicio de suscripción y cada semana entro en la página web y selecciono los menú que deseo me envíen esto me agrada porque podemos tener control sobre que tipo de comida deseamos que nos envíen; también toman en cuenta aquellas personas que tienen ciertas alergias.
Por cada plato me dan la información de cuantas calorías, nutrición y hasta cuantos minutos demora la preparación, algo que me parece muy conveniente es que nosotros elegimos la opción cuando y con que frecuencia necesitamos los envíos de HomeChef que excelente idea verdad?

Sometimes I am so busy with my work that I don’t have time to go to the supermarket much less to make a list of the meals i want to cook for the week; Fortunately I found the services of HomeChef. Its one answer to making my life a whole lot easier. Basically it is a subscription service and every week I enter their website and select from the menu the meals I want to prepare for those days when i know my workload is going to be extra heavy. The meal selection is fabulous and with the profile I filled out when I got started I’m sure to get the choices that fall in line with my families special needs like allergies and dietary requirements.
I really like that for each dish I can see nutrition information and calories counts before I select it and even how many minutes in preparation time I can expect. And although its a subscription service I don’t have to order every week I can choose when and how often I need HomeChef shipments and that’s an excellent idea, right?

Another nice feature for me is I can choose which dishes are to my tastes, if I prefer a menu with meat, seafood or strictly vegetables. I can choose to avoid dishes with soy, gluten or red meats. I can even select low carbohydrates and low calorie meals. They have thought of everything!!

Hoy te compartiré mi experiencia con este servicio, y las razones porque ahora estoy #HookedOfHomeChef cuando recibí el email notificándome la fecha que recibiría el pedido estaba muy emocionada me imagine una grande con mucho hielo seco y paquetes con hielo. Preparé unos camarones en jugo de limón y Cuscús que quedó muy delicioso gracias HomeChef, a greg y a mi nos llamó la atención que el servicio que recibimos era para 2 personas y la cantidad que vino fue lo suficiente para que ambos quedaremos satisfechos.
