INGREDIENTES
1 bote de garbanzos
cebolla tierna
ajo
perejil
una cucharadita de harina
sal
1 pellizco de curry
1 pellizco de pimentón molido
pan rallado
aceite para freír
PREPARACIÓN
Triturar los garbanzos, añadir el sofrito de la cebolla, el ajo y el perejil. Añadir la harina, la sal y las especias, y mezclar todos los ingredientes
Hacer bolas de unos 30 g de peso y rebozadlas con pan rallado.
Poner a calentar aceite en un cazo. Freír los faláfel durante 1-2 minutos o hasta que estén dorados. Sacarlos y ponerlos encima de papel de cocina para eliminar el exceso de aceite.

1 chickpeas can
Tender onion.
Garlic
Parsley
1 little spoonful of flour
Salt
1 bite of curry
1 bite of just powdered paprika
Grated bread
Fry oil.
PREPARATION
Crush the chickpeas, add the lightly fried vegetables made up of onion, garlic and parsley and mix all the ingredients. Make 30g weight balls and batter it with grated bread. Heat boil in a pan and fry the falafel for 1-2 minutes or until they become brown. Take them out and put them on absorbent paper to remove the oil excess.
